Who Can Join and How
As a co-operative owned and operated by the Fisher & Paykel group of companies, membership is open to all our employees and their familie
Our goal is to make joining and accessing banking and financial services as easy as possible. Fill in the application form and follow the simple steps to get underway.
Because Fisher & Paykel Savings and Loans is managed by your peers, there is no waiting on call queues or lengthy process to get the right advice or solutions to fit your needs.
Our Board is elected from our own members, and all members of Fisher & Paykel Savings and Loans are eligible to stand for election. Elected at the Annual General Meeting, the Board comprises a maximum of 12 Directors and is responsible for our strategic direction and records.
An Audit Committee, elected by the Board, conducts regular in house audits.
If Things Go Wrong
We are always looking for ways to improve our service to you.
If something has gone wrong, we want to know. Please send an email to [email protected] and tell us what has happened and how we can resolve matters. If you have any documents or correspondence that will help us understand your complaint, please attach them to the email.
When we receive your complaint, we will:
– acknowledge your complaint within 1-2 working days
– gather and evaluate information about your complaint
– respond to you within 20 working days.
If we cannot agree on how to resolve the complaint, you can contact Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL). FSCL are an independent, not-for-profit, external dispute resolution scheme approved by the Minister of Consumer Affairs. FSCL’s service does not cost you anything and they will help resolve the complaint.
